Formosa apartment - Home from home
A cosy, home-from-home apartment, spacious, modern and close to Conceição train station. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the bedrooms lead to a large terrace, lovely for soaking up the sun. A spacious living room perfect for chilling in front of the television with the family and indoor dining. A fully equipped kitchen and a brick BBQ are great for outdoor dining.
Free parking in front of the apartment. Security cameras on site only in communal areas (corridor facing the main door entrance and by A/C facing the windows leading to balcony). No cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms. Motion sensors - master bathroom window, and kitchen door leading to small outdoor area where the washing machine is kept.
