Smart and snug:
This Kensington home is a sweet little hideaway. You enter straight into the kitchen, which is sleekly decorated in grey and white, with a wooden table for four. One of the doors here opens into a bathroom, past which you’ll find the second bedroom (simple, with a purple sofa and pink-printed blinds). And then through the final doorway you’ll find a staircase, which takes you up to the first floor. On the first floor is the sitting room. This sophisticated space has, black-and-white pictures and elegant soft furnishings. At the near end there’s a dining table, and past that you’ll spot a sitting area with two generous sofas. Above, on the top floor, there’s a bathroom and the other two bedrooms – both understated, the master distinguished by a classic super king bed.
Home Truths:
- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home does not accept babies or toddlers. The wardrobe for the master bedroom can be found just outside the door in the hallway. This home backs on to a garden which is not for guest use. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. The bathroom on the second floor has a bath with a handheld shower. To utilise a standing shower, the ground floor bathroom must be used. The shower in this home is an eco shower meaning the water supply shuts off after three to four minutes to preserve water, however it can be started again immediately for a longer shower.
- This is a private home with some personal touches.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
