Rent villa in very quiet area in Rivesaltes, Pyrenees Orientales. rivesaltes is ideally located, 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from Spain and 5 minutes from Perpignan.
The hinterland is also very close.
the villa, facing south, is very comfortable:
- Equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
- Large screen television and Orange and Canal plus TV decoder.
- 3 bedrooms, equipped with a 180 cm bed for one, a 140 bed for the other two (possibility of an extra 90 bed).
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two toilets.
Large garden and terrace, possibility of parking (2 places) in front of the garage.

Top ausgestattetes Haus in guter Wohnlage.In diesem Haus kann man einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Es ist sehr geräumig,und excellent ausgestattet; es fehlt absolut nichts Dazu kommt eine sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, die alles top vorbereitet hat und einen persönlich empfängt und verabschiedet. Die Lage des Hauses lässt ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig: innerhalb von 2,3 minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die nächste Pizzeria und auch die Boulangerie. Der nächstgelegene Strand befindet sich 20 autominuten entfernt,aber auch die anderen Strände sind nah.Ausflüge nach Toulouse,Montpellier,Gruissan,Barcelona ebenfalls. Es gibt tolle Märkte zu entdecken und Weingüter.Alles in allem wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an Nathalie,dass wir zu Gast sein konnten.

Calme, spacieuse et bien équipée

Maison spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Situation au calme dans une impasse mais néanmoins à proximité des grands axes vers Perpignan et les plages. La climatisation de l’ensemble de la maison est appréciable. Accueil parfait de la propriétaire à l’arrivée et au départ et un vin de Rivesaltes de bienvenue. Je recommande !

Très belle maison avec tout le confort et le calme nécessaire à un agréable séjour et se sentir comme chez soit. À l'écart des stations balnéaires surpeuplées mais proche de nombreuses activités (réserve africaine de Sigean, tautavel, collioure, plages sauvages....)

Sehr schönes Haus mit hohem Komfort. Besser als auf den Fotos, da renoviert. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Ruhiges Wohngebiet, Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt fusläufig erreichbar. 20 min. zum nächsten Sandstrand. Berge, Strand und Spanien (Girona) besucht. In dem Haus konnten wir mit 4 Personen entspannte 3 Wochen verbringen. Absolute Empfehlung.
