Penthouse with a large terrace (40 m²). You’ll enjoy sunshine all day long and a stunning view of the Benidorm skyline. This property is located in the Seascape residence. It’s in a quiet location, yet only 4 km from bustling Benidorm. Hikers and cyclists will be in their element here. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, and during the winter months, you can take a dip in the heated indoor pool. The complex also features a fitness centre and a sauna. The apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped with every comfort. It features a very cosy living area with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Truly a gem... A security deposit of 350 euros is required, to be paid in advance to the account:<br>. The deposit will be refunded within one week after you vacate the apartment:<br>. The price includes 100 kWh of electricity per week. You can track your usage yourself on a metre in the apartment. This is usually sufficient. Any excess usage will be deducted from the security deposit. The amount will be verified using the latest bill from the electric utility company.
