This domed holiday home is situated in a unique and prominent location at the highest point, offering fantastic panoramic views of the sea and mountains in every direction. You’ll even enjoy a great ocean view right from the kitchen—which makes cooking a real pleasure! The house features a very spacious layout, and all bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The covered terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is just a short walk away, and you can choose from several coves. The town itself is also known for its many colourful houses, narrow streets, and its famous “Valour” chocolate factory. A narrow-gauge train takes you along the coast, offering fantastic views of nearby Benidorm, Altea with its famous old town, all the way to Denia, or in the opposite direction to Alicante with its much-talked-about old town.

We wish we could have given the casa 10/10 because it is on the top of the hill with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The pool is fantastic. It’s long and deep and perfect for a daily swim or two but maybe not for children unless they can swim confidently; the main bedroom in the dome is gorgeous and sitting in the balcony off the room is superb at night.It is pretty essential to have a car because it is a long hill to the top but we parked in the free car park at the bottom of the hill and used the tram from Paradis to take us to Alicante, Benidorm and even La Vila itself. Cocktails in the Montiboli Hotel are a must too.So why not 10/10? We were here for 13 nights and every day we found another thing that needed fixing or just didn’t seem right for a holiday rental. Door handles falling off, family pictures everywhere, no info in case of emergency; dirty and badly worn cushions for outside chairs and sun loungers. Nothing show-stopping. In fact we laughed every time the list got longer. And…. On the last day of our holiday, the “handymen” turned up to assess the problems. So fingers crossed they have been fixed now.It’s still worth booking!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, beautiful villa. The house has plenty of room, with three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate toilet downstairs. The living room is large and comfortable, with reclining sofas and a dining table for six. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a large cooker, a Nespresso machine for small capsules, and everything needed for preparing meals. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and a large outdoor drying rack.The outdoor areas are one of the highlights. Sitting in front of the house with a gentle sea breeze is lovely, and the open area next to the pool offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and Villajoyosa. The private garden feels secure and peaceful, with a dining table, sunbeds, cushions, and towels provided for outdoor use.The swimming pool is large, deep, and very well maintained, making it perfect for swimming, relaxing, and cooling off. The villa is located at the top of a hill, so having a car is highly recommended. The beach is about a ten-minute walk downhill, although the walk back is naturally more challenging. Alicante, Benidorm, Altea, Busot, and the Canelobre Caves are all within approximately a 30-minute drive.The internet speed in the master bedroom is good, at around 80 Mbps, as the router is located there. However, the Wi-Fi signal becomes quite weak downstairs and outside, so mobile data may be needed in those areas.Overall, this

Absolutely stunning villa at the top of the hill in a perfect location (so long as you have a car!). The beach is a 10 minute walk downhill (a bit more challenging on the way back up!)Alicante, Benidorm, Altea, Busot (the Canelobre Caves) & many more places within a 30 minute drive. Secure and private garden with amazing 360 views of the hills, the beach and Villajoyosa; dining table, sunbeds with cushions, towels for using outside and a great pool, approx 5-7ft deep, perfect for jumping into to cool off. The house itself is beautiful. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite and a separate WC downstairs.The kitchen has a fabulous big cooker and all the pots/utensils/crockery you'll need. Separate utility room with washing machine, a large drying rack outside. Lovely big living room with comfy big recliner sofas and a dining table that seats 6.We would all happily return.

Not what it says on the tin!!

This Villa is situated at the top of a Very steep hill, so steep 4 out of 5 taxis would not take us up there and no taxis would come to pick us up. The brochure says it is a 5 minute walk to the beach it does not say it is a nightmare climb on return! No one we spoke to ever walks up that hill and my wife certainly couldn't. It also does not say on any review that it is right in front of a (Major) construction site and it has been there for over 2 years. This construction starts at 07 40 in the Morning and goes on all day, surely this should be posted! The Big fridge with the (ice maker) as advertised was out of commission when we got there, we were never informed of this and as a replacement we had the smallest cheapest replacement you could have got, because we never had a car we had a delivery coming the next day from the Supermarcedo £300 which mostly had to lie on the floor. There was no welcome pack and any notice on the walls were in Spanish. Three days later the pool pump packed in, this was away for 3 days. The final straw was when the gas packed in as well, we tried to contact the owner but he never got back to us after the pump fiasco, we never had gas, hot water or cooking facilities for 10 hours eventually we had to get a woman from a nearby house to tell us who to see. The only time the owner replied was when I complained to Vrbo and he then Texted us. This was the worst holiday experience we have had in 20 years. There are so much more complaints but we just want to forget about it now.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.On n’a jamais eu une aussi belle vue en vacances : le panorama entre mer et montagne est vraiment magnifique ! La plage est vite accessible en voiture, avec un parking pratique. On n’a pas essayé d’y aller à pied, notre famille n’étant pas très sportive Nous avons aussi été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, super sympas et attentionnés. Malgré la barrière de la langue — nous parlons uniquement français — on a réussi à se comprendre sans problème. On a aussi tres apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenue, une attention qui fait toujours plaisir.La maison est très agréable à vivre. On a particulièrement apprécié d’avoir une douche et des WC dans chaque chambre, ainsi qu’un WC séparé, ce qui est vraiment pratique avec trois enfants.La cuisine est peut-être un peu petite pour une famille de cinq personnes, mais elle est fonctionnelle, possède tout le nécessaire comme à la maison. La grande piscine (9 x 4 m) était super agréable, avec une eau à environ 32 C, cependant assez profonde. C’est top pour  plonger et bons nageurs, mais un peu moins pour moi qui ne suis pas très à l’aise dans l’eau. (pas fait attention à ce point avant notre séjour)On a eu quelques petits insectes dans la maison, sans doute à cause des très fortes chaleurs en Espagne pendant notre séjour.On garde un très bon souvenir de nos vacances. Une maison agréable, des propriétaires accueillants et surtout une vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lassait pas !

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einem großen Pool welcher regelmäßig gewartet wurde.Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch in der Küche.Auch der Aussenbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt oben auf einem Berg, die Aussicht ist in alle Richtungen fantastisch.Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ( ca. 15 min )man muss allerdings hohe Steigungen überwinden, der Weg ist sehr steil. Für größere Einkäufe ist ein Fahrzeug notwendig, da große Supermärkte schlecht zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die Innenstadt von Villayayosa ist mit der Bahn (ca 700 m zu Fuß, sehr günstig) zu erreichen, sie ist etwa 3,5 km entfernt. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt !
