Our studio-guest-house is detached from the main house featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, private bathroom and a queen bed (135cm). You can also relax on the private terrace. In summer enjoy BBQ and chilling by the pool (shared with the main house)!

The studio-guest-house is located within a single-family home where a family of 7 members and Maggie live. All of the family members are open minded and friendly, and speak manylanguages. Maggie is a 4kg Dachshund Teckel dog.

This studio is in the perfect spot to dive into Madrid life. Just 2 train stops away from Principe Pío train station, you can zip around Madrid in minutes. Plus, you'll have access to a diverse commercial area with restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies – basically everything you need to feel right at home-.
