Summary:
A chic, spacious 3 bedroom (Doubles) house, 1 bathroom in a quiet neighourhood. Stylish finish and leather furnishings. There is a washing machine, smart TV and free WiFi.
The house is within 3 minutes walk of buses into Manchester Piccadilly, only a 15 minutes car ride from the house. 7 mins car ride to the shopping centre and 8 to Etihad Stadium. 4 minutes drive to Asda, Morrisons and Lidl.
The Space:
With 3 bedrooms, we sleep up to 6.
There is a living room with a 65 inch TV, free broadband and 2 leather sofas. The living room also
opens up to a paved patio garden, ideal for some fresh air!
The space boasts a fully-fitted kitchen with every utensil and item you will need to do your own cooking. There is a dining area in the living room. The bathroom upstairs is a wet room. Spacious, with an accessible foilding chair in the shower.
The house has some nice features like the thermos in the living room and is very stylishly decorated throughout.
Our house is the perfect choice for families, colleagues, contractors, or a group of friends seeking to share their adventure.
Free parking outside home’s garage (blue door).

You have full exclusive use of the house and garden during your stay.

Strictly no parties or gatherings. Only the number of guests in the booking permitted in the property day or night.
The property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house and an outdoor Ring camera on the side wall facing the side entrance for security. The cameras point outside, not inside.

It was an average 2 night stay
Finally arriving after a long 2/3 hr drive.The house was freezing (13c). We were told would be already 22c all have to do is click plus to make it warmer. It turned out the boiler wasn't turned on. After being on video call (10pm) to tell me how to add water to the boiler, managed to do it, as I had no idea how to do the values. After a long day I just fancied a ready meal , but inside the microwave it was dirty… The same night went for a shower, and the water managed to get outside of the door and some clothes were wet. This property is very close to city centre and very quiet area. Close to shops and a big nature park.

Ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Bus bzw. Bus & Bahn vom Flughafen entfernt.Die Busstation lag 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt - IDEAL!Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut!Das Öffnen der Tür gestaltete sich am Anfang etwas schwierig (anderer Schließmechanismus), bis wir das System verstanden haben. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer für 3-6 Personen, wobei eins davon sehr eng ist.Das Bad mit der Dusche war geräumig! Zum Schlafen war es so in Ordnung.Schwierig war die Einstellung der Heizung (etwas zu warm). Sauberkeit in Küche und Wohnzimmer war mittelmäßig. Überall lagen Fernsehkabel herum, Schränke veraltet, Spiegel und Fernseher schlecht geputzt. Gartennutzung möglich und Stellplatz vorhanden.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung, besonders, wenn man die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen nutzt.Busverbindung in die Innenstadt war gut (Dauer halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde).
