Two Bed Apartment with a Millionaire's sea view

Our Sea View Apartment at number 7 Ellington Court has the most stunning sea view across Torquay seafront and out towards Brixham. Three large windows in the living room means this beautiful and ever changing view is constantly with you. But the apartment is much more than just a wonderful view. The living area is spacious and open plan. It features a great seating area where 4 people can stretch out and relax in great comfort. There is a superbly designed and well equipped modern kitchen close to which is a lovely dining area. The apartment has a good sized family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Then down a small stair case are the two bedrooms which enjoy a supremely tranquil location. The main bedroom has a king sized luxury bed and has plenty of hanging storage plus an additional storage area for luggage etc. The second bedroom is set as two singles or super king bed (on Request) and it also enjoys plenty of wardrobe hanging space.

At the rear of the property is an allocated secure car parking space and nearby is a communal garden with views over Torquay sea front.

Great views, nice base in central location and had everything we needed.

Great views across the bay and in good location to easily get to Torquay or Paignton. Had a really good time would definitely stay again.

Lovely property

Property was very clean and tidy. Close to the centre but up a steep hill. Needs blackout blinds to the bedrooms and clothes hooks in the bathroom apart from that the property had everything you needed and more

Super stay

We had a lovely stay at the Sea view Apartment. The views over the bay are amazing and the apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. My husband particularly liked the coffee machine! Adam gave us all the information that we required and the location was ideal for both walking to the seafront and town centre. We will definitely be booking again!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well equipped and with a great view. I had not appreciated just how high it was positioned. A very step walk down and back from the sea front. It is not on the bus route so on one occasion I got a taxi back ( very reasonable). We had a great week there.

Fabulous apartment, breathtaking view

What a fabulous apartment! The view is breathtaking, the photos really don't do it justice. The apartment itself is spotless, nicely laid out, plenty of space, everything you need, and even nice little extras such as a see-through toaster (which my kids loved!), coffee machine and telescope! The host provided plenty of little extras, such as coffee pods, sugar, tea, biscuits - everything you need. The only do1wnside was the spotty WiFi, which frequently failed, but our phone made up for that with its hotspot, so it was no big deal. Will definitely stay here again.
