Private garden offering serene valley views. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Nestled in between Torquay and Teignmouth, Rosemary Cottage Annex is a one bedroom thatched cottage that's cosy and enormously inviting. This cottage has been renovated specifically as a holiday retreat with everything you need for a great Devon getaway.

The clever open plan layout of this property means that everything is on hand from the cute kitchen, the dining area or watching TV from the two-seater sofa. The master bedroom has a welcoming double bed and offers direct access to an enclosed garden area with a table and chairs that make it a tempting place to pass a couple of hours. This is a fine spot from which to soak up the views under the summer sun.

Parking is on a private drive at the side of the cottage. The cottage also benefits from wi fi for those who cant live without their technology.

A 15 minute short walk away is the highly rated village pub in the centre of one of South Devon's most picturesque villages of Stokeinteignhead, with its thatched cottages and rural atmosphere. Opposite the pub is the volunteer run village shop to enable you to stock up on essential supplies and local produce, or the Thatched Tavern pub at Maidencombe along with the beach, cafe and paddle board hire. There are also many outdoor activities within the area including horse riding, golf and kayaking to name a few.

The cottage is situated in an ideal location, whether you wish to make a short trip to the seaside or make it an active day on the South West Coast Path. You are just a few miles away from the spectacular views and walks on Dartmoor. For those who want some retail therapy you are close to the historic city of Exeter, the market town of Newton Abbot and the famous Torquay English Riviera and harbour.
