Villa Simona has been recently renovated, it is located in the center of Caviola and has only 3 apartments. The position is close to shops and the ski bus stop.

The property is about 3 km far from Falcade and the San Pellegrino Ski Area, and is located at the base of a hill, dominated by the picturesque church of Caviola (Madonna della Salute). This can be reached with a short walk up the hill, from there you'll have a wonderful view of the village and a lot of green areas.



THE SPACES:

The apartment is on the first floor of the building. As you enter there is a wide living room with kitchenette and dining area, then there are a double bedroom where there are also a bunk bed and a walk-in closet, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



The property does not have private parking, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.

Immer wieder gern.

Es war eine schöne große und vor allem sehr saubere (wir haben schon anderes erlebt) Wohnung. Vermißt haben wir lediglich einen WLAN-Anschluß, welcher aber jetzt installiert werden soll.
