This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with
one kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans,
refrigerator, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, providing
ample space for relaxation and meals, a shared kitchen, and (2) bathrooms.
This property also comes with balconies with inland/no
views and can accommodate 8 up to 10
guests.

There is a government city tax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per
person, per night.

Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property
applies to a maximum of 4 people only and adjusted to €50 per person from the
5th person onwards (payment by card).

WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights
stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

Parking is available on the street.

Paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.

Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.

No daily cleaning for the unit or changings of linens.

Monthly rates from 28 nights and above between January and December are
excluding utility bills, wifi connection and after check our cleaning fees
(applies for deep cleaning, repainting works and lines laundry) are paid
monthly in advance.

Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled
before arrival, will not be refunded.

After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights or long stay is €200 which
applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is
paid in advance at the property on arrival.

note that due to natural wear and tear, some interior décor and furnishings may
be updated or replaced over time. We continuously strive to maintain a fresh
and comfortable environment for our guests while ensuring all amenities remain
functional and inviting.
