Experience a true Maltese living experience in The Blu House, located in the heart of Sliema and just a short walk from the sea. This beautifully renovated large house has 4 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms and one large living rooms. The open-air kitchen downstairs and the spacious courtyard are perfect for entertaining.

You will have a sense of peaceful solitude in this quiet area of Sliema, though you’re always close to swimming areas in the sea, and a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children in case.
BLU HOUSE is the perfect holiday getaway and unique Maltese experience.

Please note that while smoking is not allowed in the house, it is allowed in the courtyard.

We loved the house! We are 3 generations (6 people) and there was room for all of us. We made breakfast everyday and went out for most lunches and dinners. The neighborhood was great, central to so many restaurants. Only note the listing isn’t exactly right. No second kitchen, no living area by kitchen and or view terrace. The outdoor area off the kitchen is nice with seating and an out door table. The upstairs living room is huge! So, the differences in the listing did not affect our stay just something to be aware of.

Perfect home in Sliema, charming and spacious!

We were a group of 6 women spending a week in this spectacular house in Sliema, quiet and beautifully placed! Very spacious, with plenty of details! We were very happy to communicate efficiently with Stefania. We highly recommend this location!

The location was great for investigating Sliema and Valletta. The rooms were stylishly decorated with the quirky layout providing lots of space for the multi age family.

Geschäfte und Lokale in Gehweite. Schöner Innnenhof um noch ein bisschen zusammen zu sitzen. Insgesamt ein wirklich großes Haus.

So much space and volumes in a perfect and quiet location!

This was the perfect shelter for us in Malta for a long week. You are located in the heart of Sliema but you can visit in La Valletta or party in Paceville, all from foot distance (20 min). The house is perfect with outdoor spaces (the rooftop need to be furnished but can be amazing) Plenty of spaces and volumes. It's like palace really. Very cosy and plenty of options. Just very good price for money. Reco 100%

Great property but...

The space and location of this property is fabulous. But... There is no aircon and it is way too hot for the summer months, especially in a heat wave. The fans provided did not help in the summer heat. I personally would like to have been more aware of this before booking in the summer months. Also no dishwasher which is also for me an expectation in this type of large property. The owner was responsive to some of the issues we had when staying so that was good. But prior to travel we did have a specific issue with them and this was a little disheartening. Other than that the house is great. The area is beautiful and it is in a great location for exploring the island. Out of peak summer it would be perfect but a bit too hot in peak summer months. Overall we had a great time.

Grande maison emplacement parfait

La maison est dans un quartier festif suffisamment éloigné des bars et restaurants pour être silencieux et suffisamment prêt pour pouvoir facilement sortir boire un verre ou faire des courses. Il est en plus proche d'un embarcadère et d'un terminus de bus. Il est ainsi simple de circuler en transport en commun sur l'île. Enfin la maison est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Le séjour fut particulièrement agréable.

Crew home for the Middle Sea Race

We had a lovely stay in this cool, eclectic home. It felt like home in a nice neighborhood, that is a neighborhood, much more comfortable than a rental property. The kitchen is well equipped. There are all kinds on interesting spaces through out the house, that made comfortable for our group. Stephania is very gracious and helpful, and there are good amenities within easy walking distance. The house was very clean. We truly appreciated her efforts on our behalf.

I cannot recommend it enough

This property really was amazing. The rooms are all bright & airy, the whole place was super clean. The location was excellent, it's really close to shops, the seaside etc. Also, the instructions from Stefania & Tim are really clear & helpful and make it super easy to get to the house and to find your way around. We had a lovely stay and I would have no problem recommending the house to others.

Meine Freunde und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Stefania und Tim. Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und gemütlich! Es liegt es was außerhalb des Rummels, aber alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Belle et grande maison dans un quartier central et calme de Sliema avec une petite épicerie juste à côté. A 5 mn de la mer et à 1/4 h du ferry pour La Valette. 3 terrasses dont une sur le toit. Propre et bien équipé

Splendore in perfetto stile maltese

Ho trascorso questo Natale nella soleggiata Malta con la mia famiglia e non potevamo scegliere una casa migliore per stare tutti insieme: spaziosa, luminosa e arredata in maniera squisita. Vicina al lungomare di Sliema dove si trovano negozi di ogni genere e locali dove passare una piacevole serata. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. Insomma assolutamente consigliata!!!!😍
