Biskey Howe is a delightful 17th Century Georgian property with bags of character. High ceilings, large windows create a light, airy open plan living space. Catch glimpses of Lake Windermere and surrounding Fells from the large bay window. Located right in the centre of Bowness, some of the best bars and restaurants are mere steps away from the front door and the Lake shore only 5 minutes more. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom means you can be well rested for the next days plans.
In the flat you'll find an open plan living room/kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped in everything you might need to prepare a meal for 2 people. If you think anything is missing please let me know. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea and coffee are provided. Items like induction cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge (with freezer shelf), dishwasher are all there. Please be aware there is no washing machine.
In the living room area you'll be able to relax on a 3 seater sofa and enjoy the TV (netflix is already logged in).
In the bathroom you'll find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. One small bath towel and big bath towel for each person can also be found in the bathroom.
Bedroom consists of a double bed, chester drawers, hangers. Items like ironing board, iron, hairdryer can be found in the bedroom.

The property is accessed via a communal hallway shared with other apartments located within the building There are six in total. Four of those are second homes/ Airbnbs and two are residential flats.
There is parking available at a few different locations, directly outside on street or within 1 or 2 minutes walk.
There is parking directly outside the front door on Biskey Howe Road. It does however get busy as it's unrestricted and it's close to town. But if you follow the road slightly bit further up the hill the double yellow lines will finish and you'll be able to park up on your right hand side Alternatively Craig Walk also has unrestricted on road parking. The Lake Road which the flat is facing onto is free for 1 hour between (9am and 6pm). There are no restrictions at night-time from 6pm until 9am. The majority of Bowness has the same parking restrictions.
Paid carpark is located only couple of minutes walk away from the property.
