Our cozy 1 bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 5 guests, belongs to a modern residence with shared swimming pool and elevator, only 350m from the beach. It's composed by a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower curtains and and an equipped open kitchen. Terrace, A/C on a weekly extra cost and a covered parking space at guests' disposal and comfort.
It's ideal for families and groups of friends and it benefits from an excellent location, really close to the sea.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Only small pets allowed on request: no cats allowed. Maximum weight allowed: 6kg > 50eur pet/week.
-Under no circumstances, medium and large sized pets are allowed.

No Linens And Towels Provided

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Porto Santa Margherita is the ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Bike rental is also available for you. You can relax on the beach or do several sports, from tennis, bowls, beach tennis, beach volley and beach soccer to water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
