Amenities include oil central heating, underfloor heating, washer/dryer, starter pack for woodburning stove, highchair and travel cot. Off-road parking for four cars, enclosed wraparound garden with rear lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, and a roof terrace with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop in 1.6 miles, pub in 0.1 miles. The Old Guard House is the perfect base for a family getaway.
