Welcome to our charming, newly renovated gîte! If you are looking for holiday accommodation for large groups, you have come to the right place. Our house offers a spacious and cosy space, perfect for you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

The house consists of three floors, each designed to provide comfort and convenience to our guests. On the ground floor, you will find a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, along with a spacious dining room with a table for 20 guests. In addition, a large window opens onto the garden, creating a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors. Also on this floor, you will have at your disposal a cosy living room with two rooms and a 55-inch television, as well as a fun games room. Of course, we didn't forget about comfort, which is why we have included two full bathrooms and three bedrooms on this floor.

On the first floor, three more comfortably furnished bedrooms and an additional bathroom await you. Last but not least, the lower deck houses two additional bedrooms and their own private bathrooms - we guarantee that every corner of our house is designed with your comfort and well-being in mind!

In addition to our beautiful indoor facilities, we would like to point out that our accommodation has a large garden that you will surely love. Here, you can enjoy an outdoor space specially designed for entertainment and relaxation. Our garden has children's games, which makes it the ideal place for the little ones to have fun and enjoy themselves to the fullest.

For those looking to cool off in the warm sunshine, we have also included a swimming pool in our garden. Take a dip in the crystal clear waters or simply relax on a sun lounger while soaking up the sun.

While we understand the importance of privacy, we would like to mention that the garden and pool are shared with a small flat on our premises. However, the spaciousness of our space allows each group to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. You can relax in the garden, organise outdoor meals or simply spend quality time with your loved ones, all in total privacy.

Our strategic location will allow you to enjoy the best of Cantabria. Whether you want to relax on the beach, explore Santander, visit the Cabárceno Park or marvel at the impressive Soplao caves, it's all just a short drive away. You will also have the opportunity to discover charming places such as Santillana del Mar, Comillas, San Vicente, Noja, Isla and Laredo, all of which are full of history and natural beauty.
