About this property

Prada Foundation Loft Design

New and elegant loft (ground floor—facing the street) with a mezzanine in a well-maintained and quiet building on Piazza S. Luigi, in the Porta Romana–Fondazione Prada area, just a few minutes from two metro stations. A area with a lively atmosphere and all the amenities you need. One double bed, sleeps 2 adults (if you need an extra bed, please send a message). Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, and microwave. No washing machine. Bed on the loft (see photos) with a staircase not recommended for the elderly or children. The second bed shown in the photos is not available. My name is Luca; I’m a professor at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. This is my second home, which I use on workdays and rent out when I’m away from Milan.

Great stay overall! The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a quick stay. The loft where the beds are is a little short so watch your head. It’s within an easy walk of multiple great restaurants & cafes. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay!

The loft is as it looks on the images. Located in a nice place with a bar around the corner. Luca is a good guy and acts immediately when there is an issue.
