The breathtaking new luxury villa of 340m2 is located in a fantastic place in Peloponnese, called Fragkolimano close to the ancient Epidaurus and only 1h and 15 min from Athens.

The villa has a specious living room, a large dinning room for 10 people, satellite internet by STARLINK, Molton Brown Amenities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer. All equipment is bright new.

Amazing villa

Relaxing break in this wonderful villa. As others have said the photos are amazing, but do not fully do justice to the place. The views from the main bedroom are absolutely stunning. The villa is quite close to the neighbouring villa, but nobody there when we stayed, so lovely and private. You do need a car to visit any historical sites and shops but there is a lot you can visit. Great holiday, we miss the pool already. Nick and the team were really helpful. An utterly relaxing stay.

Stunning Villa

Although the Villa is a bit remote it does offer a very quiet and serene setting. The Villa itself was well equipped and absolutely beautiful. The sea water pool and outdoor spaces were stunning, an amazing place to relax and enjoy the sunrises. Cant say enough about our host Nick, 10+ stars. He met us upon arrival, took the time to ensure we got settled and answered any questions we had. Throughout our stay he was always available by phone/text to provide suggestions for food, tours and generally anything we needed. Highly recommend this Villa.

Quiet and nice

It was still pre season and we were in the only occupied house in that area. the view and house is beautiful and well equipped. Around is not a lot so you need a car to get to a supermarket or restaurant or need everything getting delivered. the service of the owner was exceptional. thank you for the relaxing week!

What a location!!!!

My husband and I spent 3 night at this property, and let me tell you, it’s amazing!! Everything is perfect - the decor, the scenery, privacy, security, setup, and amenities. I cannot overstate just how secure and safe you’ll feel at this location. With gated entries and additional security measures your mind is at ease while here. The location is rural and closest grocery is 20 minutes or so away, however, there were 2 fantastic restaurants 3-7 minutes from the home that were fantastic, authentic, with fresh seafood selections. You cannot beat the view from the backyard of this home. There is always a refreshing breeze that travels through the space and it’s so relaxing. Kitchen is state of the art and fully furnished. There is a washing machine here too. We would definitely recommend this location for a getaway and escape. Communication with property manager was consistent and spot on with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area and take advantage of the peace and quiet this neighborhood allows.

Picture Perfect

As noted in all the reviews I’ve read about the villa and Nick, the host, it is an idyllic sanctuary in a lovely setting with panoramic views; and prompt and warm responses on any request or suggestion. The proximity to small villages inland and on the coast, as well as magnificent and awe inspiring ruins, make it a great home base for day trips around the area. It’s an easy 90 minute drive from ATH, and once there it can be hard to rationalize leaving for any of the reasons mentioned above. The outside rivals the inside, with both facing the Sarconic for daily ever-changing vistas. Nick is a kind and caring host who makes you feel welcome immediately. If you want a break from the islands and all they entail, Nick’s property is the perfect solution.

PARADISE! No better word and that's that!

Our family is fortunately very well-traveled and having stayed in amazing villas throughout Greece, VILLA SOLIGIA WAS OUR FAVORITE BY FAR! The gorgeous villas of Soligia have an outstanding, quiet, relaxing location less than an hour and a half from the Athens airport and super convenient as most all of it is on the main highway. Although the website is perfectly accurate in every way, when we arrived we quickly understood that the reality was even better than our imagination. Our villa was perfectly appointed with all of the necessary features to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The villas are beautifully decorated and outfitted with full kitchens, super comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, large living spaces, air conditioning throughout, security systems, flat screen televisions in every room with satellite channels, Bose sound systems/DVD players, and massive private swimming pools with fantastic sun loungers and lots of deck space including a large dining area and barbeque! Oh yes, I cannot forget the AMAZING VIEW of the gorgeous water!!!!! These are not the average rental villas by any means – they are multi-million dollar villas for those who demand only the best, but surprisingly, they are very affordable. As amazing as the homes are, the owners of Villa Soligia are even more fantastic in every way. They are gracious hosts, ultra-accommodating and supremely helpful. Our daughter became best friends with theirs and she cried when we left. Truth be told, so did because we as if the homes were not fantastic enough, the owners became family to us and we will return for sure! Honestly, while many of the islands of Greece are wonderful, VILLA SOLIGIA IS PARADISE!!

We were two families that spent the week in the villa in June. Everything from arrival to when we left was spot-on. The villa is all it says and then some. Nick was also extremely helpful from welcoming us to the villa to assisiting with ordering groceries and food from nearby restaurants. Helps out with any question that you have (in minutes!). Comes highly recommended!

Villa Paradiso

The villa exceeded my expectation. It was all that was described and more. Beatiful interior design, gorgeous outside and the views are just stunning. The owner, Nick, answered every call and text we sent, immediately, he was extremely helpful, friendly and caring. The beaches around are prestine, they are rocky not sandy so you need shoes to walk and swim. The villa is located somewhat remote so most of the sighting is 45-60min away by car but there are lovely couple restaurants near by and a very cute town, Korfus, 30 min away. In Korfus you could find few more restaurants beaches w chases, umbrellas and rent a boat to sail or motor around.

Paradise on Earth!! Unforgettable Holidays!

The villa is excellent, very spacious, modern, very clean and obviously well cared for. Nick who is the owner of the villa is extremely warm and very helpful and we felt at home instantly. The view is really AMAZING and something we were never tired of. The area is a secret gem. We had plans for some excursions to explore the surroundings but the villa was SO nice, SO relaxing and such a pleasure to spend time so most of our outings were cancelled! So yes, we all had an amazing holidays! Many thanks to Nick for his warmness, kindness and his great help for whatever we need it. An Amazing Villa!!!

Well what can say for this unique villa! This was our first trip to Greece and we were very lucky to find this amazing villa and meet Nick. It was really a great stay for our family with an incredible view from everywhere! There is a large private pool with crystal clear sea water and an astonishing infinite view to the sea. Please see the pictures, but you'll be surprised to find the reality is even better. The villa is in perfect condition, with very nice and modern furnitures, very clean, spacious and fully equipped. Ein fantastischer Urlaub

Vorab die Tipps: Es gibt zwei Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe - einer völlig einsam, einer mit Bänken und praktisch. In ca. 25 Minuten Entfernung liegt der kleine Ort Korfos. Hier kann man sehr schön in den Beach Club Exo gehen, mit toller Aussicht schwimmen und das Restaurant Stavedo Korfos Papa-George ist zu empfehlen (die Shrimps Pasta und das Rib Eye Steak probieren, wenn man mal nicht griechisch essen will - beides sehr gut). Nach dem Essen kann man direkt in das glasklare Wasser an der Mole springen. Einfach toll. Nick ist ein toller Gastgeber. Man kann sich Lebensmittel und Getränke aus dem ca. 25 Minuten entfernten Supermarkt liefern lassen und muss nicht einkaufen gehen. Einfach Nick eine WhatsApp schicken und er bestellt es. Das spart viel Zeit und man muss nur einen großen Einkauf am Anfang des Urlaubs machen, um einen Überblick zu bekommen. Nick hilft einem auch bei der Bestellung von Lunch oder Dinner aus 2 Restaurants die Essen in die Villa liefern. Sehr praktisch! Und wenn mal der Sonnenschirm kaputt geht oder Handtücher fehlen: Nick reagiert extrem schnell und hilft. 5-Sterne-Service. Ein charmanter und wirklich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Einfach toll! Wir waren eine Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (5,5,2) und 1 Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und den Kindern in der Villa. Die Villa ist fantastisch - innen wie außen. Der Blick ist atemberaubend und freut einen jede Minute aufs Neue. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge, bei denen der Saronische Golf in rotem Licht von hinten angestrahlt wird. Wir machen seit Jahren in Villen in ganz Europa Urlaub, aber das ist mit Abstand die Beste. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Uns hat das gar nicht gestört, weil die Villa alles hat und lästige Besorgungen über Nick schnell erledigt werden. Ein super Urlaub. Danke.

superbes vacances au bord de l'eau

Ce séjour a été merveilleux, entre découvertes du Péloponèse très facilement accessible, moments en famille à la plage ou sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine,... toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour que les vacances passent beaucoup trop vite. La maison de Nick est vraiment superbe, très bien équipée. Nick est un hôte très disponible qui a répondu à chacune de nos questions à tous moments. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, idéale pour un séjour tranquille avec tout à proximité (avec une voiture !)

We stayed here in August 2012. The place is everything that you can imagine when you look at the pictures. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful place where you can really relax and enjoy time with family. We were able to make day trips out to wineries, historic sites and places on the coast with no problem. The meals that were prepared on site were excellent. We had the fridge stocked and ready with some tasty groceries. The house is very well care for and we had no problems at all. Nick is a great guy to deal with and does everything that he says he will do. I only wish we had stayed longer. I would highly recommend staying here

Excellent Property

Hello Friends. I am a travel agent from Israel with over forty years of experience. For the last fifteen years I have been taking my family on vacations in Europe staying at villas in different countries. This year I decided to visit the Peloponnese area in Greece. After checking ten different villas in this area I chose to stay at the Solyghia villa. We are a family of six adults, one 4 year old child and three infants. The location of the villa is very good being a short drive from the interesting and important tourist sites. The villa itself is a very good, well looked after property that is taken care of by both the owner and his staff. In fact the accommodations were more than I expected. The price is not as cheap as some of the other accommodations but if you compare what you get for your money then it is not expensive. I highly recommend to stay at this property - you will not be sorry. Shimon Regev, Israel.

Traumurlaub in Griechenland

10 wunderbare Tage haben wir in Griechenland verbracht. Ca. 1,5 Std. vom Athener Flughafen entfernt, zwischen Korint und Epidayuros, liegt ein kleines Paradis. Umrahmt von Bergen und Meer liegt die luxuriöse Villa. Modern, im Mykonosstyle gehaltene Villa ist eingebettet in eine geschmackvolle Grünanlage mit einem wundschönen Pool. Das Haus ist komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Besitzer gab am Anreisetag eine umfassende Einweisung und erklärte uns welche Sehenswürdigkeiten sich in der Nähe befinden und wo wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen können. Nauplia, Mykene, Monemvasia und viele andere schöne Orte sind gut mit einem Tagesausflug zu erreichen. Das glasklare Wasser der Ägäis lädt zum schwimmen, tauchen und Fischen ein. Festzuhalten ist, dass man unbedingt ein Auto benötigt, um seine Einkäufe zu erledigen oder ein Restaurant zu besuchen. Dieser Aufenthalt wird nicht unserer letzter sein, wir freuen uns die Villa Soligia wieder zu besuchen. Silvina und Ralf

Amazing vacation!

Dear all, we spent a full week at this amazing villa there were 7 of us (5 adults + 2 teens) and now we are really want to write a review. Coming to the main propose of the REAL reviews (provide all the people with the real info/feedback) let me start with the following: first – all photos at web are real (that’s good), house is real as well and looks under sunshine even better, property description fits reality as well. Now we could come to the lyrics. First of all, we are quite experienced in renting houses and from all our team we could say it was the best house and the best owner we ever had. Why? It’s perfectly located (but only in case if you are looking for the completely relaxed vacation far away from the sites) – no noise, no cars, just a fresh air / sun and beautiful beaches. House is new and air conditionered – so completely no problem even it’s +35C outside ?, one more – the pool if filled with the clear SEA water – so just imagine that after awake in a morning and before the breakfast you can easily cool yourself in it. The owner – Nick is a very nice and positive man, he met us upon arrival, shows everything and permanently called during our stay in order to keep all in a good mood (just an example of the attitude – we were out of the ice and just called Nick, he arranged it in a 10 min (his local employee taking care of the house brought it to us). He gave us a lot good advises there to go. Now to the tips: 1st – car required for sure, the house is situated far away from ANY public transport, 2nd – you should be ready for the mounting driving (the roads are more or less ok), but you should be prepare, 3rd – IMPORTANT! ALL nearest activities (ANY) shops, ATMs – located in 25 min by car – so keep it in mind, and buy some food in advance (before go to the villa), we did it on the way from the airport, nearest tavern - 5 min by car as well as nearest public beach, it’s pebble – so swimming shoos recommended. I can go further – but should stop myself. As the summary – we will love to come back to that place for the next and next vacations – it’s really worth it. Kirill & CO (Russia)

amazing holidays

On this fantastic villa surrounded by mountains very closed to the sea we spent 11 amazing days. There were 9 of us. We were very impressed by the luxury and very comfortable interior and exterior of the house. The owner, his name is Nick, met us very kindly showing us around the villa and giving all necessary information, providing us with the guidebooks and giving a lot of usefull advices of where to go and what to see. Began our unforgettable holidays. Waking up every morning we came to the pool enjoying wonderful views of the sea and breathing in the air of the sea and mountains. Only this sight was worth going there!!! The villa has all the necessary for a great relax: well-furnished rooms, jacuzzi, plazma TV in each room, air conditioning, etc. We didn`t plan to cook but seeing the kitchen with all necessary devices we took pleasure cooking:) We got a lot of pleasure during our stay: fishing, diving, snorkling, sunbathing on the solitary beach and simply walking around. sometimes dined at the tavern nearby. 3 times went on excusiones to the places Nick kindly adviced us. Went to Mykonos, Epidaurus, Nafplion and Corinth. We are really grateful to Nick the owner of the villa who did his best to make our vacation really remarkable. I think our strong desire to go back again says a lot. We recommend this villa to all who wants to relax his mind and body away from the problems and rushing days enjoying the sea the sun the beautiful scenery and mountain air.
