Villa Razi 1935 was designed and built in 1935 by a French Architect strongly influenced by the Art Deco era. It was well preserved over the years, almost a landmark of the area of Loutraki. Only 70 m from the pebble beach, fully renovated to its former glory, it is now an elegant Villa of 159 m2 with 4 bedrooms, spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate utility floor, swimming pool, orange garden. While preserving all original art deco elements with its original oak stairs, wood flooring, terrazzo tiles and its stunning furniture, the villa now combines beautifully many modern amenities to create a contemporary ambiance for an idyllic getaway all year round.

A Historic Home Lover's Dream!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Maria's stunning home in Loutraki. She really provided everything (I mean EVERYTHING!) we could possibly have needed four our weeklong vacation. We felt so welcomed and so at home from the moment we walked in. It was a perfect base for exploring the Peloponnese with my husband, our toddler, and our nanny. We went on adventures in the morning and then settled in to enjoy the fabulous pool in each afternoon. (Other parents of young children concerned about the lack of bathtub: we brought a small blowup bathtub with us and just used it outside underneath the outdoor shower for some fun al fresco summer baths! It was perfect.)
