The house is located in a well-kept residential complex surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub. The accommodation consists of a large living area with open kitchen, relaxation area with smart TV and a large sofa that can become a bed that can comfortably accommodate two people if necessary. The lounge overlooks a spacious furnished veranda, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus two full bathrooms make the apartment very comfortable even for six people. From the balcony of the double bedroom it is also possible to access, via a spiral staircase, a private roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a splendid view of Golfo Aranci and the Fifth Beach. It is possible to park the car inside a private garage located in the basement of the structure.
