Sea view, 5 minutes walking from the beautiful clear water beach
In the residential Baia Caddinas less than 200 meters from the sea, portion of villa with free sea view on 3 sides. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main services are a few minutes away by car. Fine finishes, 2 double bedrooms, each with independent access to the garden and private bathroom with window. Hall, veranda, kitchen, third service bathroom also with shower and a further shower in the garden. The back of the house overlooks the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub, you can enjoy excellent privacy and silence. From the veranda there is a pleasant view of the sea with a view of the islands of Figarolo and Tavolara. Garden of about 300sqm where there is a gazebo with a stone barbecue.
