I had a terrible experience at this property. There was no elevator for luggage, and had we been informed beforehand, we would have chosen differently. We received check-in details only on the morning of our arrival.
The place was filthy—dusty floors, hair on the couch and beds, and a disgusting shower drain clogged with hair (we had to clean it just to shower). On top of that, there was no hot water on the first day.
There were no trash bins, and having only one key for two families is a major safety hazard. If one person leaves at night, there's no way to secure the apartment. Also, there’s no dryer, making laundry pointless.
I left a note in the hotel’s WhatsApp group, but they did nothing except acknowledge it. I wouldn’t give this property even one star. Avoid at all costs unless you’re okay with staying in a dirty place.
