Second floor corner unit overlooking the lake and pool areas. Large windows with lots of natural light. Newly renovated and furnished in 2017. Two full sized bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds. Two full bathrooms. All linens and towels included. Leather couches, 55 inch TV with cable and internet. Screened in lanai with great view. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer inside unit.

Resort includes beautiful pool and sun deck, exercise room, lighted tennis court, club house and game room and is within walking distance to shopping areas on University Parkway. You are only 20 minutes from Siesta key and Lido beaches which are 2 of the most beautiful beaches in North America. The resort is minutes from fine dining and shopping on St Armand's circle and the many and varied cultural attractions that Sarasota has to offer. Located within 8 minute drive from airport.
