A truly uniquely designed home, The Terrace is located on a quiet little street convenient to all that Sarasota has to offer. Walt’s Fish market and tiki bar is a short walk away as is Trader Joe’s for all of your grocery needs. Siesta key and it’s famous beaches is less than a 5 minute drive. The downtown and Marina Park are also easily accessible within 5 to 10 minutes. Walk Saint Armands for shopping and the bridge over the bay for the fresh sea breeze daily. Plan a trip to Venice 20 minutes straight down the old Tamiami trail where they have one of the best dog parks anywhere around. Stroll the Rose Garden at the Ringling museum.. Location Location Location

Great location in Sarasota! Just minutes to everything Sarasota has to offer. Sally’s place was perfect for us and our friends. The 4 of us and dogs had plenty of room, and the hot tub & fenced in yard was absolutely a plus. Will certainly stay again when we come back!

I think that it should be noted that the property is owner occupied.

The owner tells you to keep the a/c at 72. The rest of the experience I will not share just know is is right there.

Very clean, cute place to stay. Close to everything.

We had a great experience at Sally's place. It was very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the hot tub, it was very close to everything. We didn't realize that the pool was not a part of the property since the listing includes a pool as one of the amenities, but since we were so close to the beach it didn't ruin our trip at all.

I tell people my story is that I was raised in Ohio but I grew up in New York. That's because I'll always be that Midwestern girl at heart who left Cincinnati to go live in " In the Big City" of New York at the age of twenty one. We all know though that it's in our twenties and thirties we grow up. I spent over thirty years enjoying the North East. Now, in my sixties I, I get to be a kid again in the sunshine state. I ride my bike daily, dance , sail, play polo, tennis and swim. I have just finished this house. I 've done all kinds of RealEstate projects in the past. They have included historical landmarks, horse properties, penthouses, and MC Mansions in the suburbs . I my latest home. Let me share it, and my wonderful city with you.

Why they chose this property

I choose this house for its special location and bones. With 6' high white fencing and new landscaping I have created a private oasis of Palm trees , tennis courts, and blue sky views. It's original cathedrals ceilings, and potential to create a bright and airy floor plan captivated my artistic interest. Looking forward to remaining active in my retirement ! I knew this area of Sarasota fit the bill.

What makes this property unique

I have fenced off private areas for each unit. I am pet friendly and would be happy to see travelers with their best friends enjoying their vacation in my home. Ask me about "pet sitting" should you need help while taking a day away from your "kid".
