The décor of your cottage is clean and coastal feeling. The great room is tiled while the bedrooms are carpeted. The living room has a comfy sleeper sofa. An en suite master with a walk in shower has a king size bed plus twin with trundle bed and the guest room has both a twin with trundle and a single twin bed. All rooms have TVs and there is a large flat screen in the living room. Step off your screened porch and a short stroll will bring you to the beach walk-over and our white sand beaches. Or head in the other direction along the wooded paths and reflecting ponds to the main pool and tennis center. Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of ag for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. Per Hidden Dunes policy, during spring break dates, anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions!
