Gulf Crest #6 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over queen bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. Grand Boulevard Town Center is pedestrian friendly and located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to Miramar Beach. Close to the beach 5 minute walk. Close to the Soundwave concert venue.Nice place to stay.Would rent again but a little pricey.Only complaint is just a partial roll of TP in each bathroom without extras.

The property was extremely well priced. Kelly was very easy to reach if I had a question. You're only 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, and 3 blocks from RTE98 where you can find everything you want from restaurants to shopping, etc.If would stay here again for sure.

Was overall a great stay. Very clean house. The thermostat automatically turns to 78 after so many hours and sometimes we came back and the house was very hot. The pictures make it seem like the pool is right at back door and maybe older kids could swim while parents cook meals or so, and still keep an eye on them. but that is not the case. It is a fenced in pool away from condo door.

Everything was mostly good, however the couches were terrible. The couch that had a pullout bed was broken and so was the pullout bed. When you sat on the couch it felt like you were going to fall through the hole in the back.

Perfect location! Easy access to the beach. Loved having the outside shower near the pool to clean off before going inside. The only real issue I had was when I went to pull out the pull out mattress a lot of the springs were missing and it wasn’t useable. I had counted that as a sleeping option when I booked and had planed on one of my kids sleeping on it. I informed the property management who was nice about it and didn’t know it was broken. My son ended up sleeping on the couch and it was fine. Overall it was a great place to stay. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to be close to the ocean. The walking distance was my absolute favorite part being able to walk to and from to easily was great.
