The room has internet (wifi), electric heating radiators, air conditioning and a TV for your comfort. The open plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils/kitchenware and coffee machine, will allow you to prepare your favourite meals and enjoy them in the dining area. If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know that you can smoke on the terrace, but not inside the room.

It is one of the neighborhoods with the most history in Valencia, with the most traditional images, and where life has another rhythm.
Its architectural value is relevant to fishermen's houses, tiled facades, colored buildings, and modernist structures.
The area already has a network involving art collectives and theater companies with numerous projects underway.
