There is a Security personnel to work on night shift. This is to ensure you don't have to wait at the gate after a nice evening out.

I enjoy staying in the house when I am around, because it's quiet and serene area provides lots of freshness, which makes relaxing outside so much fun.

What makes this property unique

The house provides a big compound, part beautifully tiled with nicely decorated and colourful plants. The back garden has been grassed with fruit trees; such as mango, soursop, and pawpaw fruits, which you will benefit from supply of freshly plucked fruits when in season. Both the tiled and grassed areas have been well decorated for relaxation. A well presented interior specially designed for comfort with generous living rooms for you and/or your family, 3 private ensuite bedrooms, kitchen with breakfast table. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, high speed Wi-Fi, a large mounted flat screen TV with DSTv satellite channels including sports and Netflix. There is an electric operated exercise bike for your fitness and wellbeing. There is a Security personnel in the house, he will be available to assist with emergencies, and will manage the generator to ensure there is light during power outage.
