Holiday home with a unique panoramic view of Ringkøbing Fjord! The light here is wonderful and it is virtually impossible to take your eyes off the natural surroundings. You can follow the sun as it rises over the fjord in the morning and watch it disappear behind the dunes on the North Sea.The vacation home for three people is located high up on a dune crest, and a staircase leads you up to the house after you have parked your car below.The large kitchen-diner has large windows overlooking Ringkøbing Fjord, and the double bedroom also has fantastic views to the south and east. From the TV room, you have a view of the dunes to the west. There is a wood-burning stove in the kitchen-diner. In addition to the double bedroom, there is a room with a nice bunk bed.The house can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. There is a separate annex with its own bathroom and toilet. The house also has two large bathrooms.You can sit in beautiful garden furniture on the large terrace facing south, east, and west. On the east side, there is an open terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful summer weather and the beautiful surroundings. Part of the terrace on the west side is covered, providing a perfect cozy corner. A Weber charcoal grill is available.The west-facing living room and bedroom have Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish television. Most of the house has underfloor heating. There is a cycle path in the area, so you can cycle to Nymindegab or through Hvide Sande and on to Lyngvig Lighthouse. Hvide Sande has good restaurants and specialty shops. At Ringkøbing Fjord, you can surf, water ski on a cableway, and wakeboard. Fishing, the golf course, and Lalandia are within half an hour's drive. From the vacation home, you can also take walks along the North Sea or trips to Hvide Sande, Søndervig, Ringkøbing, or Nymindegab, which offer surfing, water skiing, fishing, dining, and shopping. Next to the fjord, there is a small harbor measuring 555 m2. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
