This spacious property makes the perfect base for your family in sunny Alverstoke. With large bedrooms, an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and even a games room with pool table, there isn't much more you could need for your stay in this peaceful part of the South Coast. Only minutes from the beach and the high street of Lee-on-Solent, plus Gosport town centre where you can access Portsmouth by Ferry!

There is plenty of space in the large living room with comfy sofas and large TV. Leading on to the dining room with the huge dining table perfect for family dinners. Beyond that is the games room with a pool table, sofa and access to the garden. The kitchen in sperate but fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with storage, a smaller double bedroom with built in cupboards, then a third bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath.

Please take note of the following details:

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

**Additional Services:
-This property is happy to accept pets for a fee of £25 per booking. Please advise when you make your reservation if you are bringing a pet with you.
-Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

**Important Notice:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
