Arrival times are 16:00 and departure time is 10:00. We will do our best to accommodate you outside these times but this depends greatly on other bookings and our cleaning service provider. Late arrivals can also be accommodated by use of a key lock box.

The apartment is situated on the first floor (with lift serving only 3 properties - each with private landings). Situated at the front of the south wing the apartment has 2 balconies north & south to ensure that you catch all the sun but have shade as well - Your choice!
Our panoramic sea and medina river views ensure that you can see all the activity which never stops. There's activity on the river from early morning to late at night. Pull up a chair and just watch the action.
The apartment has a master zip & link bed with en-suite, a further twin with large fitted wardrobe and in the third bedroom a small double with single above. The en-suite has a large shower suitable for the elderly and has an optional seat and hand hold for safety.
All rooms (except the bathrooms!) have sea, river & marina views, are light and airy with quality furnishings. Large double glazed floor to ceiling windows feature the whole front of the apartment. You can even cook whilst watching the action.
Our kitchen is fitted with top rated Bosh appliances and is fitted to a high standard throughout with a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils to suit all family needs. New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring fitted for the 2020 season.
Our bathrooms are smart and modern, white & blue, with shower in the master and bath/shower in the main. Both refurbished for 2020 with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) designer flooring in complementary grey oak effect.
Your car can be parked in our private reserved gated parking area which is situated just below the apartment, Other free local parking is available in on-site visitor spaces or unrestricted local roads.

Very nice place right on the Medina River with views of boats and walking distance from Southampton high speed ferry .Plenty of light and modern furnishings.
A lovely quality apartment with a great view of the marina . Handyman nearby if any problems occur . Friendly and helpful owner, who accommodated us with early check in time .
Excellent location and will stay again. Only slight let down was information in booking days BBQ and there isn’t one. Plus check in was a bit late but they let us drop our bags off, which helped.
We could not have enjoyed the apartment more. Beautiful views of the marina with lots of space for all 6 of us.Graham was super attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.
Amazing apartment with great views and excellent location. Bit of a mix up with phone numbers on arrival but sorted swiftly by Grant and Graham. The flat was clean and well equipped and the bedding was sumptuous. Would definitely return

This property was perfect for our trip with our two teenagers. Property had plenty of space, was very clean and communication and check in was smooth. The apartment is bright and open and great view of the harbour. Also very conveniently located near Red Funnel ferry terminal. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Everything about this stay was just outstanding. From the guest check-in, being greeted by Graham and shown around the accommodation, to the absolutely outstanding views and fantastic location for travelling around the island, this home had it all.
We could not have been happier, and our American friends were blown away by the location.

Great location.
Second visit. Great location. Great views. Lots to view from fantastic windows and balcony. Main bedroom good size with en suite. Second twin bedroom quite small for two adults. Good location to travel around the island.
Great apartment that couldn’t be in a better location for access to ferry, shops and nearby restaurants (try West Coast in the high st. great food and friendly attentive staff). Overlooking marina and open sea there’s always plenty to catch your attention. We will certainly be looking forward to staying there again.
A well equipped and clean apartment overlooking the harbour, in walking distance to the town. We all enjoyed our stay!

We viewed many many properties prior to purchase of the apartment in 2015 looking for THE apartment - and finally we found No 47. Its fantastic location and views sold it straight away and we still love it. We hope you will as well.
