Dear Christophe,
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you appreciated the central Covent Garden location. We are sorry to hear some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We’ll address the issues with the lighting, window cleaning, and furniture, and ensure supplies like paper rolls are adequately stocked in the future. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to provide a better experience if you choose to stay with us again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in late May in this very well-located apartment - close to the Tube, close to a range of eateries, pubs and shops and a vibrant, happy atmosphere which comes from lots of happy people coming and going from all the performing arts options in the area. Our only disappointment stems from an unexpected delay in the refund of our security deposit. The refund period after departure seems to really be around 10 business days and not '10 days' as implied in the rental provisions. Bank holiday weekends and public holidays extend this even further.

Dear John,
Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and the local area of the apartment.
However, I am very sorry indeed to hear that we have failed to return your deposit in a timely manner. Please rest assured that this does not reflect the standard of service to which we aspire and for that I sincerely apologise.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future.
Warm Regards,
Front of house,
Be London
