Enjoy our new, quiet and central apartment Flor de Mayo, with a pool and large gardens, located in Chembech, just 10 blocks from the main square. It has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private patio and a bedroom. 409 ft2. Find all kinds of commerce around, as well as parks, flea markets, snacks and more. Live Mérida as if you were a citizen assisted by us when you need something. We help you acquire tours, car rentals and advice for your stay.
Mi Amado Chemby is a space with six apartments at the back of an old mansion in Chembech, in the center of the city.
The apartment is located on the upper floor, in a new construction and with all the comforts of a modern apartment.
To access the property, you will pass by a historic house that is in the front. You will be surrounded by dozens of trees from the region such as Chaká, Zapote, Ramón and ciricote, among others.

I wish there had been feedback posted when I booked this stay. So here is my feedback: We were excited to stay a full month at this property. (We have stayed in mexico over 30 times). We have never be mislead or scammed as we were on this stay." this property is behind a historic building " is what the listing said. IT WAS BEHIND AN ABANDONDED BUILDING! That you had to hold your breath and walk thru to get to your unit. The street directly in front of the entrance was filthy with dirty diapers thrown in a pile right in front of the door. There was no name or proper address to let you know that you were even in the right place! When we arrived in the taxi we werent even sure if we were at the correct place , the taxi driver was hesitant to leave us , the property immediately next door looked like an abandoned junkyard with oil barrels and cans spilling all over it , the one next to that had piles of used tires and a discusting mattress with garbage strewn everywhere. The street that it is located on is like a war zone. WE STAYED 8 DAYS AND BAILED because it was such a terrible experience. It ruined our stay , our expectations and or whole month. The host fought us tooth and nail and kept ALL of our money. His excuse for not refunding even 1 was that he said that my tone was making him uncomfortable! Lol! Dude , you put a set of apartments inside of a junkyard , didnt show any pictures of what arriving quests would have to go thru. Man. Do better!

TOTALMENTE NO RECOMENDADO. EXPERIENCIA DE EXTORSIÓN Y ABUSO. El comportamiento de este huésped fue inaceptable y de mala fe. Tras decidir abandonar la propiedad de manera voluntaria solo 7 días después de su entrada, cuando su reservación era originalmente de 30 noches, la situación escaló de la siguiente manera:
Intento de extorsión: El huésped nos exigió explícitamente un reembolso por la totalidad de la estancia. Nos amenazó directamente con que, si no accedíamos a devolverle todo el dinero, nos daría una mala calificación (review) en la plataforma.
Falta de respuesta: Desde el momento de su salida, intentamos comunicarnos con él en repetidas ocasiones para asistirle con el proceso de cancelación formal y ayudarle con su salida en el sistema, pero ignoró todos nuestros mensajes y nunca nos contestó.
Insultos y amenazas: En lugar de mantener una comunicación profesional, utilizó el chat de la plataforma para enviar groserías, insultos y amenazas directas hacia nosotros.
Evidencia falsa: Intentó engañar al equipo de soporte utilizando fotografías de calles que no corresponden a nuestra propiedad ni a su entorno (ubicadas a varias cuadras de distancia) para justificar problemas de seguridad inexistentes.
Perjuicio económico: Al negarse a contestar y no realizar la cancelación formal, mantuvo nuestro calendario bloqueado injustificadamente por el resto del mes, impidiéndonos recibir otros huéspedes.
