Kahlo Room, Lotto House

Kahlo is a private room within Lotto House, a beautiful, newly renovated old house five streets from Merida Zocalo. It is a very cozy room, decorated in honor of Frida.

The space
Kahlo is one of four private rooms in Lotto House, the other three rooms are called Barroco, Amate and Talavera.

The house also has two studios, Jade Maya and Ixchel.

Depending on availability, the entire house or rooms can be rented separately.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a washer and dryer.

Guest access
Guests can make use of common spaces (kitchen, living room, swimming pool, terrace, laundry and drying center).

Other things to note
In our space we welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, sex, age or sexual orientation. We value what makes us unique and unites us as human beings.

Important: For the safety of the place and everyone, we'll ask the booker for official identification.

Parking: Most of the houses in the Center of Merida do not have parking, as they have a very old design. However, on the way back there is a private car park where you can park without a problem (50 MXN per day).

Cleanliness: In order to keep your space clean and energized, stays longer than 7 days will be cleaned (every seventh day) and 130 MXN will be charged in cash.

Climate: Merida has a hot and very humid climate, so it is very easy to find insects and although the house is constantly fumigated there is always the possibility of finding some.
