Villa Amaya is a modern, pristine 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea in Dutch, St. Maarten. Located just uphill and within a 3 min walk to one of the prettiest, unspoiled beaches in St. Martin, Indigo Bay. Villa Amaya's ideal location is a quick drive to restaurants and nightlife, shopping, supermarkets and attractions on SXM. The villa's stunning ocean views, a sophisticated contemporary decor, high end finishes, and array of modern conveniences creates the perfect setting for romantic moments or joyful family memories.

The villa is built on 3 levels. The main living and bedroom areas comprise the first 2 levels. The lower level has a home cinema with seating for 6, a wetbar, and for those that simply can't leave work behind, a functioning office area with high speed internet. Villa Amaya offers wifi and internet connectivity throughout the villa, Apple TV, Roku, are available and Netflix access is on every TV. The villa has a private 32' infinity edge lap pool. You may also use the larger community pool in the development. We have an outdoor bbq grill.

Villa Amaya is perfectly located in the horseshoe shaped enclave of Indigo Bay offering breathtaking ocean views and cooling trade winds, yet very close to great restaurants, shops, grocery stores and nightlife. The villa is just steps to a tranquil beach, yet only 12 minutes from the Airport and 7 minutes to Phillipsburg.

This pristine villa is well-equipped with all the modern amenities.

This is a home lovingly cared for and used by the owners. It is also offered for a limited number of vacation rentals.

Indigo Bay is a new, lush, upscale and beautiful development with gated, 24 hour manned security access. There is some construction occurring in the nearby area as a 5-star resort is being built, and it is not possible to pinpoint exactly where construction will or won't be for any given dates. Our rates have been discounted to reflect this. Please book with this knowledge. We value our ratings and our guests.

Cleaning practices, which have always been rigorous, have been further enhanced during COVID.

Our on island concierge will be there for a Villa walk through and checkout. Please advise her the day before of the time you will be departing. Return key to her, pls.
Remove any food you brought into the villa, take out the trash. Load and start the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outsiders. Only those guests listed on the rental agreement, and our representatives may enter the home.
No parties. Villa Amaya is located in an upscale residential area. Smoking is never allowed. If you smoke, please rent a different villa.
Guest is required to answer some questions via the inbox within 24 hrs of booking being accepted, to ensure our villa and your family/group is a fit.

My husband and I built this property to enjoy ourselves for the handful of times during the year we are able to get away. It's beautiful. In between, we offer it for a few vacation rentals for those folks that would appreciate the breathtaking views, the sophisticated decor, amenities and fantastic location. We work hard to provide guests with a consistently excellent experience.

What makes this property unique

Brand new modern villa with high end finishes and sophisticated decor. Amazing setting, with breathtaking views, private pool, private cinema room and superb location. Close to everything. Villa Amaya's location strikes the perfect balance between offering a private, gorgeous setting for the home itself, but offering proximity to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, attractions and entertainment.
