The bathroom, preceded by an antechamber with a washing machine and laundry area (cordless vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board), features a walk-in shower and high-quality fixtures. The entryway hallway also leads to the two double bedrooms, located one above the other: the upper bedroom is accessed via a wooden staircase, and in addition to the double bed, there is a single pull-out sofa bed. The home has just been renovated: the wall colours, the brand-new furnishings, and the attention to detail create a tasteful atmosphere. The location is perfect for reaching Genoa’s main attractions and historic sites in just a few minutes: The Aquarium, the Porto Antico designed by Renzo Piano, the Cathedral and Piazza San Lorenzo, Palazzo Ducale, Piazza De Ferrari, and Via Garibaldi (Palazzo Rosso, Palazzo Bianco, and the Palazzi dei Rolli).
