La Casita is located 500 metres from the beach, between the sea and the mountains. It has 4 spacious rooms, all of them equipped with air conditioning and heating, both in the bedrooms and in the living room. It has a private terrace with views. It also offers a lush garden with centenary trees, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable barbecue with family and friends. The property includes private parking and a garden with artificial grass. Sleeps up to 8 people. Ideal for families.

The house has four bedrooms:

There are a total of 2 bathrooms in the cottage, one with bathtub and one with shower.

The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of space for cooking, and is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

The dining room is distributed in two spaces: the modern kitchen integrated to the living room, and a TV area with a sofa, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach, and a gallery with natural light, ideal for a mid-afternoon reading!

In all the rooms and in the living room, there is air conditioning and heating.

The construction, a typical farmhouse of the area, preserves the charm of the old summer houses, with porches that invite to rest and contemplation.

This cottage is ideal for being close to the beach, especially practical for those who love the sea.
