Wonderful stay at an amazing property,

Absolutely perfect space for our family holiday. Host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating! Property is in a wonderful location with glorious sea views, close enough to the beach and a short train ride to Barcelona … but very difficult to drag yourself away from the wonderful pool and outside space to take advantage! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent place near Barcelona

It was great experience to spend holidays in thia house. It was well equiped, very clear and close to all necessary amenities (shops, beach and train station). The host was very helpful, answering all the questions within few minutes and provided a lot of tips about local food and events. I would recommend this house to families or friends

Very nice house. Clean and tidy. Jose was a perfect host - very helpful, and answered immeditely.20min walk from nice beach and a little longer to city center. Supermarkets app. 1km away.Kitchen ware etc. could need an upgrade, but it worked out OK.

Wonderful experience

Our stay was fantastic, and we would book it again anytime. Everything was exactly as described, and the host, Jose, was very friendly and accommodating. Fantastisch

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were also very pleasantly surprised by José's hospitality, he will always be there immediately when you report a problem or just purely need help with something! The house is very clean and is also within walking distance of the beach, the shopping street in Calella and purely the supermarket. The view from the breakfast/lunch/dinner table is also wonderful, concerning the skyline of Pineda de Mar. We were not short of anything and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to other visitors!

Amazing Villa perfect for large family groups

This property is perfect for large family groups. It's in a peaceful location but close to beaches (20minute walk) car parking at the beach is also easy. The property has a good outdoor space including a good size pool. There is an area with ping pong and pool table. Lovely large outdoor table and BBQ. The decor of the property is lovely and there are 5 good sized bedrooms. Jose was extremely helpful with recommendations. The property is great if you have a dog as it's all enclosed. The beach has a lovely walk where there no cars and there are also areas where the dogs can go on the beach. There are some lovely beach bars as well. Highly recommend.

Great house with very helpful host

House itself looks fantastic. Beautiful pool and area outside the house made you want to stay there whole day. It was fun both for kids and adults. Host Rafael was extremely helpful. From the very beginning we had a great contact with him. He was advising best places to eat and shop in the neighborhood and the small gifts were waiting for us at the begging and the end of the visit. House in the nice area from which you have close to visit best attractions in Catalonia- Barcelona, Monserrat, Girona, Besalú, Fiqueres etc. I strongly recommend to book the tour in the Codorniu vinery which is producing very good Cava and the tour itself is really fun, even for the kids.

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub! Unser Hausbesitzer war ein toller und hilfsbereiter Mann, der uns ständig Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und Restaurantvorschläge gegeben hat! Wir waren sehr gut versorgt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Gegend um Pineda de mar ist sehr schön, man kann hier richtig schön entspannen und abends in Pineda de mar oder Calella essen gehen! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke für alles! Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!

Zeer nette villa en aardige eigenaar

We hebben een super verblijf gehad in de grote en luxe villa. Alles was netjes en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. De eigenaar is zeer attent en staat altijd voor je klaar. Hij heeft genoeg aanbevelingen qua restaurants en bezienswaardigheden/activiteiten

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Freunde und Familien

Ich war mit 10 Freunden 10 Tage lang in dem Haus. José, der Vermieter hat uns jederzeit geholfen und war sehr freundlich. Das Haus haben wir sehr ordentlich und gemütlich aufgefunden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehle es auch sehr an jeden weiter.

Une semaine inoubliable!

Nous ne mettons que 5 étoiles car malheureusement c’est le maximum possible! En effet nous avons passé un séjour génial dans une superbe maison, gérée par un propriétaire aux petits soins! Que demander de plus?! Tout est parfait: l’accueil, l’emplacement, la proximité avec toutes les commodités… bref, excellent en tous points! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

magnifique vacances

Nous sommes un groupe de 10 amis, josé a été génial avec nous. Il à toujours était à notre écoute, il répond rapidement, nous conseil pour les restaurants, les plages, les parkings. Il à toujours pris soins de nous. Nous sommes pourtant des jeunes de 18 à 25 ans mais il nous a fait confiance, nous étions pas là pour faire la fête, nous avons profité de cette grande maison avec une piscine incroyable. Je voulais encore remercier josé merci pour tout, merci d’avoir toujours répondu à nos questions. Nous espérons revenir un jour.

Fantastisk bolig med fantastisk vært

Boligen levede til fulde op til beskrivelsen. Rengøringen var helt i top. Udlejer var usædvanligt serviceminded både før og under vores ophold. Procedure ved ankomst og afrejse var ukompliceret. Alt i alt et hus og en udlejer der kan anbefales. Vi kommer gerne igen.
