Nestled in timeless beauty, CASA AL FIUME is a magical place that enchants the senses, perfect for your holidays in nature. Its stone and wood exterior gives a feeling of solidity and stability, while the presence of many trees and a large lawn amplify the feeling of peace and serenity that envelops the entire property.

In summer, the river flowing just a few steps away from the house offers an unforgettable freshness and relaxation, while the long balcony extending along the entire front of the house invites you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. 

Outside there is a cooking area, ideal for preparing tasty dishes to be enjoyed in the open air, in the company of friends or family. 

The interior of the house is just as welcoming, with a kitchen area equipped with a large dining table illuminated by a glass window that floods every corner with light. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with appliances and everything you need, while the sofas in the living room is perfect for spending unforgettable moments sharing with friends and family, reading a book and chatting with friends and family (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!). 

The bathroom, decorated in mosaic, has a bathtub and is equipped with a washing machine. 

The two bedrooms are wood-paneled, warm and cozy. The first bedroom features a double bed and, without a door, opens directly onto the living area; the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with spacious French-size beds and a beautiful window overlooking the serenity of nature.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The house has no private parking, but you can park along the street on public parking lots.

This splendid property is located in the nearby picturesque Verzasca valley, a valley of incredible natural beauty, characterized by crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery. The location of the chalet is particularly attractive, as it is close to the famous Ponte dei Salti, a stone bridge built in the 17th century that rises majestically over the green waters of the large creek. 
Ponte dei Salti is most famous for its height, which makes it a perfect place for diving fans, who perform incredible acrobatics there. This magical place is frequented by tourists from all over the world who come here to admire the beauty and enjoy alternating moments of relaxation and fun. 
Close to the Chalet is the Osteria Vittoria, where you can taste traditional Ticino dishes accompanied by local wines. Surrounding the small village are several agritourisms. Also in the picturesque village of Lavertezzo is the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, which was originally built in the 16th century, but the remarkable bell tower visible from all directions was built in the 18th century and further modified in 1845. 7 km south of the village is the huge Verzasca dam. 
As far as parking is concerned, there is a public car park that allows easy parking and convenient access to all the attractions of the Verzasca Valley.

How to arrive:
By car, from the A2 motorway take exit 47-Bellinzona Sud and set your GPS: you will reach the house in about 35 minutes.
By public transport, however, it can be reached by train and bus, more precisely with the RE80 train towards Locarno, getting off at the “Tenero, Stazione” stop and changing onto bus 321 towards Sonogno and getting off at the “Lavertezzo, Paese” stop, in a few minutes walk you will be at the property.
