Beautiful place but awful hosts

Beautiful villa, nightmare hosts. Communication was awful — emails ignored, even when trying to pay. Spent 3 hours with VRBO support just to get a reply.They entered the wrong group size on the check-in portal, locking me out. No response to fix it, so I had to guess the info and enter everyone’s passport details — no guidance given.Other issues:* Wrong access codes on arrival — we couldn’t get in* Promised welcome pack never sent, no info on bins, taxis, checkout* No table or space for 21 people to dine together - hosts lied telling me there was * Not equipped for 21 guests, let alone 30: no cleaning supplies, too few glasses, towels, no wine glasses, no baking trays* No bedding for listed sofa beds, one villa locked — told we’d need to pay 250 extra to access it although included in the listing* 3 rooms had no natural light due to broken/nailed-shut shutters. Pool patio doors unusable. Promised repairs never happened. Host extremely rude about this * One shower didn’t drain and couldn’t be used* Only 12 pool towels for 21 guests despite earlier assurances from previous hosts and purchasing luggage accordingly * Owner turned up unannounced every morningFor the price, the level of disorganisation and rudeness was shocking. Would not recommend.
