BRAND NEW renovated studio apartment in excellent location with amazing sea views! Fully renovated and refurnished at the end of 2023, this penthouse studio (floor 10) offers guests a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with rainfall shower, living room with a large Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), and a double bed looking through large south facing windows that provide spectacular sea views.

The property has Air Conditioning (hot and cold) and fast fibre optic WIFI (100mbps). Please note that there is no freezer in the kitchen.

The studio’s location is fantastic, guests will be just minutes walk away from restaurants, bars and Marbella’s countless hotspots. The Marbella marina is 600 metres from the property, and the historic Marbella Old Town less than 15 minutes walk.

The complex offers 2 large communal swimming pools (open during the summer months), as well as gated parking (limited spaces). From the parking area, guests can step out onto the Paseo Maritimo (beachfront promenade) where numerous bars and restaurants can be found. The Paseo Maritimo links Marbella to Estepona, passing though the world famous Puerto Banús, and is a beautiful walk along the beach.
