Newly built in 2016, the property has energy-efficient features, high-speed broadband, and parking for 2 cars on a private drive area.

Your Dublin Dream Home is a true sanctuary, designed with modern comforts and energy-efficiency in mind. The spacious and bright living room on the ground floor is the perfect place to unwind, with a 50-inch smart TV equipped with Sky, Netflix, and Paramount. Gorgeous wooden floors flow throughout this level, creating a wonderful airy feel. The living room has a small double sofa bed.

The kitchen is a true showstopper - a superb size with an island breakfast bar and a separate dining and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with with modern appliances, including an air fryer, a Nespresso Vertuo machine, and a utility area housing the washer and dryer. Patio doors provide direct access to the rear garden, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Upstairs, the home continues to impress with its thoughtful design. The carpeted first floor houses three bedrooms, including an ensuite bedroom with a king size bed, and two additional bedrooms rooms with 2 single beds and a small double bed respectively. Please note that there are two external security cameras. One in the driveway, and one in the yard. There are NO indoor cameras.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.

This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
