Excellent central location for all your city needs. Close to public transport and several excellent food locations. The pubs close by were also wonderful. Highly recommend for the location.
Lovely location and a great place to stay. We had no problems. The book inside tells you everything you need about hot water... and the host clearly left directions to the house and easy check in
The location is quite good, it’s an easy walk to the main area of the city, restaurants, etc. We were pleased with the amenities, such as the fans, lamps, coffee machine etc. we had everything we needed. The property is an older building, so could use some updating here and there. We were over all pleased with our stay and the value.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
The location is great, the rooms are small, the rooms could use a good thorough cleaning. Don’t look behind the couch or beds.
This rental was perfect for our first two nights in Ireland. We were able to walk to Guiness Storehouse and local pubs. There is a grocery store is literally a block away. Beds were comfortable, living and kitchen areas were roomy enough for our group of seven and all felt safe in the area. Thank you so much!
On the positive side the host is communicative and available and the house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The beds are comfortable as well. Unfortunately the home is in desperate need of repairs and renovations. Small details like proper plumbing in the bathroom (toilet is duct taped), nicer fixtures and a working shower door would be helpful. A can of paint and some new rugs would make this home more inviting as well.
Location was very close to Jameson and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs and the Guinness Storehouse. Nothing else redeeming about it. The house needs a lot of work, but just cleaning out clutter and painting the walls and stairs would help a lot. The bathroom is awful and the kitchen not much better. Why are there good reviews? We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could walk anywhere and in any direction to explore Dublin. Sina is a wonderful host who was active in reaching out to make sure all was well. A fantastic way to explore Dublin.
We had a great time in Dublin on our family vacation and our stay at your home was a highlight. It was clean, welcoming and great for a family of seven. It was in walkable distance to many things to see in Dublin.
Such a perfect home to explore Dublin on foot. Very walkable to great sites like Jameson Distillery, The Brazen Head, and The Guinness factory. It’s located right next to a small community playground that our kids enjoyed as well as a variety of breakfast places, and a very short walk to the grocery. The sitting room was spacious enough for our whole group of six and the beds were super comfy! The small patio was a nice feature as well. I would stay here again!

Property was nothing like the pictures shown. Property in really poor decorative state throughout. The 4th bedroom is not a bedroom but a dark room at the back of the kitchen with a cheap bed shared with a fridge/freezer. Totally unusable as a bedroom so person had to sleep in the lounge. Shower door doesnt shut, electrical sockets taped over, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, holes in walls. Tried to contact host regarding above but no response.
Guys, this place is rough,There were many problems1)It smells, wet.2) There were many non-functioning items, broken kitchen cabinets, the bathroom door didn't lock, it list a fireplace...your not going to have any fires there.3)The overall condition was poor, soft spots in the floor. I mean concerningly soft. The bathroom had painted over stains that were visible through the paint, you can guess what that likely is. Old cleaning supplies (junk) just laying around. On the plus side,1) the owner was marginally attentive to our situation.2) VRBO made it difficult to deal with our dissatisfaction.3) They went through the effort to put black tape on the many electrical outlets that do not work. This place is only for the those with a stiff constitution, and if your wondering where are all the other negative reviews, that is a wonderful question...
The kitchen was dirty with dead plants inhabiting the window sill, chipped crockery supplied. Power points were taped over in the kitchen, rendering them unusable. The refrigerator was located in the fourth bedroom, making the prospect of sleep difficult due to the noise of the appliance. The bed was highly inadequate, uncomfortable and we were forced to acquire an air mattress to enable the lounge to be utilised for sleeping. Extensive clutter behind the door leading into the 4th bedroom. Very overpriced and extremely poor value for money. I fail to understand how this property could rate 10 on the Stayz booking site.
