The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The property has two levels.
The second floor consists of a double bedroom, a large living room (comfortable sofa bed) with a fully equipped kitchen and a room used as a study.
On the second floor enjoy the most beautiful terrace in Trastevere.
Air conditioning present.
According to national legal provisions and by the WHO, the temperature to be kept in the house should be about 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2°. Therefore, the maximum applicable temperature will be 22° and the times for turning on the heating will be 6:00-8:00 and 17:30-23:30.
