You'll love to stay in this one-bedroom apartment in a private house, just 8 min walk to the beautiful beach.

It's located on the first floor of the private house and also has a balcony.

Living room has a large smart LED TV with cable channels, air-condition unit and one cozy sofa sleeping two people.

Bedroom has one cozy double bed and also a smart LED TV with cable channels.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, two electric stoves, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

We also provide an outside grill that you can use while staying here.

Bathroom has a washing machine, shower and hair dryer.

You also get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels free of charge.

We also provide a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

All windows have a mosquito protection net.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Kastel Novi is one of the seven Dalmatian settlements that all together comprise the town of Kastela. There are seven Kastelas and all of them run along the coast of the bay of Kastela.

Each of these settlements was built around its castles and each one of them carries its distinctive historical story. If you are heading from Trogir to Split Kastel Novi is the second one you will come upon.

During the summer season the life in Kastel Novi gets very lively and busy with lots of folk festivities and concerts organized.

If you are looking for a vacation spot that can offer you all the aspects of an active holiday this would be your spot.

From here you can take organized group or private car excursions or private car transfers to visit the nearby old towns of Trogir and Split, and the archaeological site of the ancient Salona or if you are a nature lover then head to the National Parks Krka and Plitvice. For a trip to the National Park Kornati there are private or group boat excursions on a daily basis, or you can hire a private boat transfer.

We recommend Kastel Novi for a family vacation, and the vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of Central Dalmatia, and Trogir, medieval pearl guarantee all kinds of fun and numerous historical and interesting places where you can go during the day or in the evening.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but can smoke on the balcony.

Pets are also not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
