About this property

"Es port" is an exclusive villa with incredible views all the way to the sea with a maximum capacity for six people located in Estellencs.

Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and cosy dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to ten people. Next to the sofa you will find a wood-burning fireplace for those cold days.

From the dining room, you will be able to access the fully equipped kitchen, which has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From the kitchen you can access the terrace.

From the living room you will be able to enjoy incredible views of the valley.

The villa has three bedrooms, one upstairs. A light staircase leads down to a small living room and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Outside, there is a beautiful garden with views down to the sea. There is a private swimming pool measuring 11m x 5m, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There is also an electric barbecue perfect for enjoying a good meal.

IMPORTANT:
- There is no air conditioning.

The optional use of the heating will be charged on-site in cash (30 Euro / day).

The deposit is: 1000 Euro (refundable).
