About this property
Amazing villa with sea views along with peaceful surroundings.
Large luxury villa situated in a quiet part at the back of Puerto Del Carmen. In a car this villa is situated only 5 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the airport and minutes away from the town of Tias with all the facilities of a small town, such as shops, bars and restaurant's. The villa offers all the home comforts of home included all a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler. The lounge area is equipped with stylus sofas including a 65 inch TV, with multi channels and Netflix and wifi. There is a separate lounge /games room at the end of the house and a fully enclosed BBQ room with its own gas bbq and kitchen . All bedrooms are large double rooms with two of them having en suites .
Outside you have gardens to the back and a large deep heated pool at the front along with a 6 person jacuzzi and sun beds for that importing tan. On the patio you have modern furniture for lounging along with an outdoor dinning area. The villa has every thing at hand to ensure you have a very special time.
