This authentic house has a warm and cozy interior that fits perfectly into the surrounding vineyards, fields and woods, approximately 15 km from Angoulême.

The house is located in a 6.5 hectare estate with a clear view of the surrounding nature.

The estate was completely renovated in 2012 and is today the ideal place to receive family, friends, clients or relations for vacations, garden parties, relaxation... or other special events. The Chez Borgnette estate offers comfort and privacy, while its authentic character is preserved.

The interior offers 500 m² of useful surface area and is furnished with all the comforts to accommodate up to 14 guests.

The kitchen is located in the center of the house and is therefore an excellent meeting point.
It gives access to the enclosed garden on either side and to the cascading garden with swimming pool.
