The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette which leads to the private garden, it has a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking. It is located less than 100 meters from the Poggetto stop of the T2 tram line which will take you in a few minutes to the Careggi hospital, in the historic centre, or to the Villa Costanza bus station.
