This freshly renovated townhouse in the heart of Armação de Pêra old town, completed in March 2024, offers three spacious floors. The ground floor features an open-plan design with a modern kitchen, dining area, living room, and a toilet. On the first floor, you'll find two king-sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has two more king-sized bedrooms and another bathroom. The third floor offers a bathroom and a private rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view and sunset.

There are 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning and 3 and half bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle. Throughout the property you can access the Internet (Wi-Fi) for free.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach townhouse. Minutes from the beach and right in the heart of the town. Diogo & Eva were extremely responsive and quick to address any of our needs. The layout of the townhouse, while compact, offered privacy and comfort for 7 adults and toddler. The beds were incredibly comfortable – the best of our trip! We ended up using the rooftop terrace more than anticipated – a great space to unwind at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting.

Proximity to Promenade & Beach

The property is just as described. Everything was clean and modern. The space was designed well. The beach is a 2-minute walk. Restaurants and shops are a stone’s throw away. Once you park your car, you won’t need it until you leave.
